Do you identify as someone who uses/used drugs?
QuIVAA seeks to grow its committees membership and welcomes, encourages and supports anyone with a passion for harm reduction, human rights and a respect for people who use drugs. Our members get updates of what QuIVAA has achieved, how they can help, events that are being held and other relevant information. We support people who formerly and presently use illicit drugs to be active and provide input into strategic responses and policy development in relation to drug use in Queensland.
QuIVAA also wants to expand its board members. We support lived and living experience of harms and resilience, in the current environment of drug and health policy. We also invite experts in the legal, criminal justice, health systems, and legislative realms of service to advise or join our leadership to further our mission.

QuIVAA seeks to grow it’s community of supports and allies of our cause, but may not identify as a person who uses drugs. If you have a passion for helping change the current environment of drug and health policy or have skills or expertise in the legal, criminal justice, health systems, and legislative realms of service to advise or join our cause we’d love to hear from you!
